Eleanor Trott

Fife Sergeant
Fife

Eleanor joined the Corps in the fall of 2002 after being inspired at a very young age by a babysitter who was a fifer in the Yorktown Fife and Drum Corps.  She was signed up for the CW Corps on the first day that they started admitting girls.  Her first march was the Alumni Reunion in 2003.  She passed up into the Senior Corps in the summer of 2006, right after the 4th of July.  She became a full time instructor for the Junior Corps and is also a Drum Major.  She became the fourth girl to have graduated from the Corps.  She is glad to have had the chance to be in the Corps and she is proud of her achievements with this outstanding group.

She has performed on the following occasions:
     The Inauguration of Tim Kaine
     Jamestown 400th anniversary
     Queen Elizabeth's visit
Basel International Tattoo in Basel, Switzerland
     Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade
     Guildford, CT/ Grafton, VT
     Fort George, Ontario, Canada
     The Inauguration of Bob McDonnell

Eleanor graduated from Warhill High School in June of 2010.  She was a member of many organizations including the National Honor Society and the Interact Club.  In the fall of 2010, she enrolled in The College of William & Mary and is planning to major in Visual Art and Environmental Studies.
